A Comissão de Seleção Especial para o Serviço Militar do Exército Brasileiro, da 11º Região Militar de Brasília, esteve na Universidade de Rio Verde, nesta terça-feira, 16 de maio, para realizar a primeira etapa do recrutamento militar específico para os formandos da Faculdade de Medicina. 

 

A reunião ocorreu no auditório do Centro de Convenções e teve como objetivo fornecer aos estudantes informações essenciais sobre o Serviço Militar, obrigatório para homens e voluntário para mulheres. O Coronel Rodrigo Lopes Rodrigues, do Exército, liderou a sessão, esclarecendo dúvidas e explicando o processo seletivo. Além disso, representantes do Comando do 7º Distrito Naval de Brasília estiveram presentes, sendo o Tenente Leandro Vieira Piredda responsável por apresentar a estrutura da Marinha do Brasil, elencar os serviços realizados e explicar os procedimentos de ingresso.

 

 

Egresso da Faculdade de Medicina da UniRV, Juan Peron integra hoje o 41º Batalhão de Infantaria Motorizado de Jataí. O médico encontrou, na seleção, a chance perfeita para aliar a paixão pela Medicina e pelo Exército, além de ser esta uma oportunidade para conhecer uma nova área de atuação. “Sempre tive vontade de servir ao Exército. Na minha cidade tem um batalhão e quando chegou a etapa do recrutamento da Faculdade de Medicina, logo me inscrevi. Acompanhar uma seleção da qual eu também já fiz parte é uma experiência única, então, espero poder incentivar novas pessoas a vivenciarem isso”, comenta o aspirante a Oficial, Peron.

 

 

À frente da coordenação da seletiva das Forças Armadas há quatro anos, a professora Ma. Lara Cândida destaca que, nesta fase, são passadas orientações completas sobre as etapas da seleção e sobre o preenchimento correto das fichas, além se promover o incentivo ao interesse dos acadêmicos. “Essa foi apenas a primeira de quatro reuniões que teremos ao longo deste ano. O processo ocorrerá até fevereiro de 2024 e, quem for selecionado, servirá no Batalhão de Jataí”, comenta a docente da Faculdade de Medicina.

 

 

“A participação dos formandos pode significar uma oportunidade extra de progressão na carreira, além de possibilitar o exercício da função de médico em diferentes locais e contextos”, destaca o Reitor da UniRV, professor Alberto Barella.

Medicine graduates participate of armed forces recruitment

The Brazilian Army Special Military Service Selection Committee, of the 11^th Region from Brasília, was at the University of Rio Verde, this Tuesday, May 16, to carry out the first step of the special military recruitment specifically for Medicine graduates.

The meeting took place in the Convention Center auditorium and had the objective of providing students essential information on the Military Service, which is mandatory for men and volunteer for women. Colonel Rodrigo Lopes Rodrigues, from the Army, lead the meeting, answering questions and explaining the selection process. Apart from that, representatives from the 7^th District Naval Command from Brasília were present, with Lieutenant Leandro Vieira Piredda being responsible for presenting the overall structure of the Brazilian Navy, listing the services it does and explaining the admission process.

An alumnus from UniRV’s Faculty of Medicine, Juan Peron is now a part if the 41^st Motorized Infantry Battalion in Jataí. The doctor found, in the selection process, the perfect opportunity to combine his passions for Medicine and the Army, as well as having the opportunity of seeing a new area of work. “I have always wanted to serve in the Army. In my city there is a Battalion and when the Faculty of Medicine recruitment phase came, I enrolled quickly. Accompanying a selection of which I also was a part of is a unique experience, so, I hope I am able to incentivize new people to experience this”, comments the aspiring Officer, Peron.

Ahead coordination for the Armed Forces selection for the last four years, professor Me. Lara Cândida highlights that, in this phase, they offer complete guidance on the selection process and the proper way to fill out the forms, as well as incentivizing academics’ interest. “This was just the first of four meetings that we will have throughout this year. The process will go on until February 2024 and, those who are selected, will serve in the Jataí Battalion”, comments the Faculty of Medicine professor.
