A inteligência artificial está se tornando uma aliada cada vez mais importante da ciência e da pesquisa. Ela vem contribuindo com a obtenção de melhores resultados na área da saúde e auxiliando, de forma positiva, no avanço da tecnologia por meio de máquinas, sistemas, softwares e outras ferramentas. Pensando nisso, a Universidade de Rio Verde – UniRV, por meio da Pró-Reitoria de Pesquisa e Inovação, promoverá, na próxima semana, dia 03 de maio, a palestra “Inovação da Inteligência artificial para a melhoria da saúde: desafios e oportunidades”, ministrada pelo professor Me. Sandro Moreira, às 18h, no auditório do Bloco Administrativo.
Buscando atender à demanda do Grupo de Pesquisa e Extensão em Saúde Coletiva da UniRV, a palestra tem por objetivo trazer as aplicações atuais sobre inteligência artificial, demonstrando maneiras de explorar a tecnologia na pesquisa e na inovação.
O evento é voltado para acadêmicos, professores e profissionais da área da saúde, interessados em debater e explorar o assunto. Para o Gestor de Tecnologia da UniRV, Me. Sandro Moreira, a oportunidade incentiva a busca pelo conhecimento e a atualização dos profissionais diante dos novos recursos: “Esse é um tema que vem sendo cada vez mais discutido na comunidade científica e queremos mostrar como ele está ligada à área da saúde. Toda a comunidade acadêmica está convidada é um evento gratuito e não é necessário fazer inscrição."
O Reitor, professor Alberto Barella, reforça que os grupos de pesquisa da UniRV fortalecem a história da instituição e incentivam a produção de conteúdos pautados na ciência: “Debater assuntos atuais é importante, ajuda a enriquecer e a estimular a tríade ensino, pesquisa e extensão. Participem!”, convida ele.

UniRV promotes lecture on artificial intelligence in health
Artificial intelligence is becoming an ever more important ally in science and research. It has contributed to obtaining better results in the health area and helping, positively, in technology’s advancements through machines, systems, software and other tools. Thinking of this, the University of Rio Verde – UniRV, through the Pro-Rectory of Research and Innovation, will promote, next week, on May 3, the lecture “Artificial Intelligence Innovation to improve health: challenges and opportunities”, presented by professor Me. Sandro Moreira, at 6pm, in the Administrative Block auditorium.
Trying to supply the demands of UnIRV’s Group of Research and Extension in Collective Health, the lecture has as its objective to bring current artificial intelligence applications, demonstrating ways of exploring the technology in research and innovation.
The event is designed for academics, professors and professionals of the health area, who are interested in debating and exploring the subject. For UniRV’s Technology Manager, Me. Sandro Moreira, the opportunity incentivizes the search for knowledge and professional updates in face of knew resources: “This is a theme that has been more and more discussed in the scientific community and we want to show how it is connected to the health area. The entire academic community is invited. It is a free event and registrations are not required.”
The Rector, professor Alberto Barella, reinforces that UniRV’s research groups strengthen the institution’s history and incentivize the production of content based on science: “Debating current subjects is important, it helps to enrich and stimulate the triad teaching, research and extension.
