Reforçando o compromisso com a educação superior e o apoio às iniciativas que fortaleçam o sistema educacional em nosso Estado, a Universidade de Rio Verde-UniRV se tornou a sede oficial da Reunião Ordinária do Conselho Estadual de Educação de Goiás (CEE), nesta sexta-feira, dia 31 de março. A transferência da sede do órgão de nível estadual faz parte do calendário de comemorações dos 50 anos da instituição iniciadas no dia 1º de março, marcando assim a celebração ao lado de mentes que movem a educação no Estado.

 

O anfitrião da casa, Reitor professor Alberto Barella Netto recepcionou a todos e integrou a mesa dos trabalhos, assumindo a missão de receber em nome de toda família UniRV, as homenagens de cada conselheiro sobre a trajetória de sucesso da Universidade nesse meio século de fundação. O CEE exerce um papel de grande importância na tomada de decisões que impactam diretamente a formação de jovens e adultos e a transferência da reunião para o Campus Rio Verde abre o leque de oportunidades de continuar trabalhando juntos: UniRV e CEE em prol de uma educação de qualidade para todos os cidadãos de Goiás.

 

 

 Flávio Roberto de Castro, presidente do Conselho abriu os discursos da manhã e conduziu os trabalhos pautados para a reunião. Do total de conselheiros, 17 participaram presencialmente da reunião em Rio Verde e os demais acompanharam o encontro virtualmente. “É uma honra para nós do Conselho sediar esse encontro aqui na UniRV, principalmente pela ocasião do aniversário de 50 anos. Obrigado ao Barella pelo convite e parabéns pela dedicação à frente da Universidade,” cita Flávio.

 

A conselheira decana, Maria do Rosário Cassimiro falou do papel das universidades e o caminho das instituições brasileiras que são consideradas jovens, algumas poucas com 100 anos, e completou parabenizando a Universidade de Rio Verde pelos primeiros cinquenta anos ensinando com qualidade. “Em um mundo onde muitas universidades têm ensinado um “saber errado”, a Universidade de Rio Verde tem provado que visa o “saber certo”. Cumprimento a Universidade e espero que as outras instituições sigam o modelo que tem sido referência e está sempre somando,” comenta.

 

 

Usando da palavra, o Reitor contou um pouco de sua trajetória à frente da UniRV, os investimentos voltados aos servidores, com destaque para a construção do complexo administrativo que será a nova casa dos técnicos-administrativos e otimizar o atendimento aos acadêmicos e encerrou agradecendo o encontro. “Hoje nos tornamos sede da reunião do Conselho Estadual de Educação do Estado de Goiás e nos sentimos honrados, especialmente neste mês em que a nossa Universidade está de aniversário. Receber todos os conselheiros hoje é motivo de muita alegria e orgulho muito grande para nós e para Rio Verde. Aqui estão as mentes que movem a educação em todo Estado,” finaliza Alberto Barella.

UniRV hosts a meeting of the State Board of Education

Reinforcing its commitment to higher education and support to initiatives that strengthen our State’s educational system, the University of Rio Verde – UniRV became the official headquarter for the Ordinary Meeting of the Goiás Board of Education (CEE), this Friday, March 31. The transfer of the headquarter of the board is a part of the institution’s 50^th anniversary calendar, that began on March 1, thus marking the celebration side-by-side with the minds that move education in the state.

The host, Rector professor Alberto Barella Netto welcomed everyone and was a part of the work group, taking on the mission of welcoming, on behalf of the entire UniRV family, the honors of each counselor regarding the successful trajectory of the University in this half century since its creation. CEE plays a very important role in making decisions that directly impact the formation of young people and adults and the transfer of the meeting to the Rio Verde Campus opens a wide array of opportunities to keep working together: UniRV and CEE working for a quality education for every citizen of Goiás.

Flávio Roberto de Castro, Board president opened the morning speeches and followed the work scheduled for the meeting. Of all the counselors, 17 participated locally of the meeting in Rio Verde and the others followed the meeting virtually. “It is an honor for us of the Board to host this meeting here at UniRV, mainly on the occasion of the 50^th anniversary,” says Flávio.

The eldest counselor, Maria do Rosário Cassimiro spoke on the role of the universities and the path of Brazilian institutions that are considered young, very few over 100 years old, and finished by congratulating the University of Rio Verde for its first 50 years teaching with quality. “In a world where many universities have taught “wrong knowledge”, the University of Rio Verde has proved that it aims for the “write knowledge”. I greet the University and hope that other institutions follow the model that has been a reference and is always adding,” she commented.

In his speech, the Rector told a little of his story ahead of UniRV, the investments designed for the staff members. With a highlight to the construction of the administrative complex that will be the home of the technical-administrative staff and optimize the services to the academics and finished by thanking for the meeting. “Today we become the headquarter of the meeting of the Goiás Board of Education and we feel honored, especially this month in which our University completes another anniversary. Welcoming every counselor today is a reason for a lot of happiness to us and for Rio Verde. Here are the minds that move the education in the entire country,” finishes Alberto Barella.
