Acadêmicos da Faculdade de Engenharia Mecânica participaram na última sexta-feira, dia 10 de março, da palestra “Conselho Profissional e as atribuições do Engenheiro Mecânico”. A atividade proposta dentro das disciplinas: Introdução à Engenharia Mecânica e Ética e Legislação, ministradas respectivamente pelos professores, Rodrigo Francisco Borges Lourenço e Ronaldo Lourenço Ferreira, contou com a presença da assessora institucional do Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia (CREA-GO), Ana Renata Litfalla.

 

Na ocasião foram debatidos assuntos como legislação profissional, ética e responsabilidade técnica dos profissionais de engenharia e agronomia. “É fundamental que o profissional já saia da Instituição de ensino com vasto conhecimento em legislação e entenda a importância da Lei 5.194/66 e da Resolução 1002/02, que rege as profissões do sistema Confea/CREA e o Código de Ética profissional, respectivamente” comenta a palestrante.

 

Para o docente, Ronaldo Lourenço palestras como esta, servem para que o acadêmico se aproxime de Conselho Regional e entenda sua importância, além de conhecer as normas e regulamentações que regem sua profissão. “É uma oportunidade deles entenderem melhor a teoria vista em sala de aula,”

 

Rodrigo Borges, que também é conselheiro do CREA-GO, conta que este é o primeiro de vários encontros que ocorrerão no decorrer do semestre, contando com palestras, eventos, oficinas e podcast. “Existe uma parceria interinstitucional de aproximação entre as entidades, no desenvolvimento de ações voltadas aos nossos acadêmicos. Estreitamos os laços e com isso fortalecemos ainda mais a Faculdade de Engenharia Mecânica, “afirma o professor.

Mechanical Engineering students participate of a CREA-GO lecture

Students from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering participated over the last Friday, March 10^th, of the lecture “Professional Council and the attributes of the Mechanical Engineer”. The activity is a proposition of the subject: Introduction to Mechanical Engineering and Ethics and Legislation, taught respectively by professors, Rodrigo Francisco Borges Lourenço and Ronaldo Lourenço Ferreira. It had the presence of the institutional adviser from the Regional Engineering and Agronomy Council (CREA-GO), Ana Renata Litfalla.

On the occasion there were discussions of subjects such as professional legislation, ethics and technical responsibilities of engineering and agronomy professionals. “It is fundamental that the professional already leaves the teaching institution with a vast knowledge of the legislation and understands the importance of Law 5.194/66 and the 1002/02 Resolution, that rule over the professions of the Confea/CREA system and the professional Code of Ethics, respectively” comments the lecturer.

For professor Ronaldo Lourenço, lectures such as this serve the purpose of bringing the academic closer to the Regional Council and understands its importance, apart from getting to know the norms and regulations that dictate their profession. “It’s an opportunity for them to better understand the theory seen in the classroom.”

Rodrigo Borges, who also is a CREA councilor, says that this is the first of many meeting that will take place through the semester, with lectures, events, workshops and podcasts. “There is an interinstitutional partnership in approaching the entities, in the development of actions towards our academics. We tighten relationships and by doing so, strengthen even further, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering,” states the professor.
