A cerimônia de inauguração da nova Clínica Escola de Psicologia da Universidade de Rio Verde – UniRV reuniu a Administração Superior, professores, acadêmicos e representantes do Conselho Regional para celebrar o início de operações da Unidade no Campus Rio Verde. As recentes instalações aproximam ainda mais a instituição da comunidade.

 

 

 

O espaço amplo, climatizado e moderno foi pensado para promover o bem-estar dos servidores e pacientes, além de garantir a qualidade do aprendizado e proporcionar maior comodidade em um ambiente acolhedor, confortável e dinâmico. Marcando o início de uma nova história, o Reitor, professor Alberto Barella Neto, acompanhado da diretora do Curso de Psicologia, professora Dra. Simone Fraga Mota; do professor Dr. Fábio Henrique Baia; da professora Dra. Sueli Caixeta e do presidente do Conselho Regional de Psicologia, Wadson Arantes Gama, realizaram o corte da fita inaugural e o descerramento da placa. Em seguida, eles participaram de um tour para conhecer os detalhes da nova instalação.

 

 

Na ocasião, Wadson Arantes destacou como importantíssima a atitude da Universidade de Rio Verde em realizar este investimento, principalmente tendo em vista os 60 anos de regulamentação da profissão no Brasil. “Quando há uma estrutura dessa dentro de uma universidade, nós ficamos felizes, pois respeitando a ética e os preceitos teóricos de cada abordagem, acolher o acadêmico dentro dessa estrutura é muito importante, para que ele possa ter autonomia como profissional. E se há uma boa formação, com certeza, surgirão bons profissionais”, disse. Ele ainda parabenizou o Reitor da UniRV e os coordenadores da Clínica pelo recente investimento.

 

 

Voltada ao atendimento de demandas comunitárias por meio de estágios realizados por acadêmicos a partir do quinto período, a Clínica atenderá a adultos, crianças e adolescentes, a fim de desenvolver as competências previstas pelas diretrizes curriculares do curso de Psicologia. Além disso,o serviço oferecido contribuirá para uma formação humanística, auxiliando no processo de desenvolvimento do estudante.

 

Um dos destaques da obra é a "sala espelho", que permite a observação de comportamentos e atividades, aliando teoria à prática, além contribuir para a supervisão e orientação dos professores durante o atendimento dos acadêmicos.  A nova clínica conta, ainda, com espaços dedicados exclusivamente a crianças autistas, que receberão um atendimento multidisciplinar de forma totalmente gratuita. Para melhor distribuição e aproveitamento do espaço, a obra contou com a participação do Escritório Modelo da Faculdade de Design de Interiores na escolha e posicionamento do mobiliário, seleção de cores, tintas e elementos de decoração adequados à proposta do projeto.

 

 

“Entre crianças, adolescentes e adultos, a nossa estimativa é que cerca de 240 atendimentos sejam realizados por mês. Em relação aos pacientes com transtorno do espectro autista, a gente pode receber até três crianças ao mesmo tempo, então, esse número aumenta ainda mais, atingindo cerca de 700 atendimentos por mês. Por isso, quero destacar todo o apoio que tivemos para realizar esse projeto, que foi concretizado, hoje, graças ao empenho de uma grande equipe”, disse o professor Dr. Fábio Henrique Baia.

 

 

A inauguração faz parte das comemorações de aniversário da Universidade de Rio Verde, que completa 50 anos em 2023. “Essa é a primeira vez que a Clínica Escola está localizada dentro da universidade. O DNA da UniRV tem uma extensão muito forte, assim poderemos levar à comunidade mais atendimentos em quase 200 m² de obra”, disse o Reitor Alberto Barella Neto.

 

 

A previsão é que os atendimentos nas novas instalações comecem nesta segunda-feira, 06 de março, dando continuidade às atividades que antes eram realizaram na antiga Clínica Escola que estava instalada na região central da cidade. New Psychology Clinic is inaugurated in the Rio Verde Campus

The inauguration ceremony for the new Psychology School Clinic of the University of Rio Verde – UniRV gathered the University’s Administration, professors, academics and Regional Board representatives, in order to celebrate the beginning of operations of the Rio Verde Campus Unit. The new facilities tighten even more the bond between the institution and the community.

The ample, modern and climatized space was though out in order to promote the well-being of its staff and patients, as well as guaranteeing quality in learning and promote more ease in a welcoming, comfortable and dynamic environment. Marking the beginning of anew history, the Rector, professor Alberto Barella Netto, accompanied by the Psychology Course director, Dr. Sueli Caixeta and the president of the Regional Board of Psychiatry, Wadson Arantes Gama, cut the inaugural ribbon and unveiled a plaque. After that, they participated of a tour to get to know the details of the new facility.

On the occasion, Wadson Arantes highlighted how important the attitude of the University of Rio Verde was in doing this investment, especially when you consider the 60^th anniversary of the profession’s regulation in Brazil. “When there is a structure like this inside a university we are happy, because, having respected the ethics and theoretical principals of each approach, welcoming the student inside this structure is very important, so that they might have autonomy as a professional. And if there is good formation, there will certainly be good professionals,” he said. He continued by congratulating UniRV’s Rector and the Clinic Coordinators for the recent investment.

Created under the guise of helping community demands through academic internships, that start from the fifth period on, the clinic will serve adults, children and teenagers, in order to develop the competencies demanded in the curriculum guidelines of the Psychology course. Not only that, but the service offered will contribute to a humanistic formation, aiding the students’ development process.

One of the bright spots of the construction is the “mirror room”, which allows the observation of behaviors and activities, combining theory to practice, as well as contributing to professors’ supervision and guidance during the students’ work. The new clinic also has spaces dedicated exclusively to autistic children, who shall receive multidisciplinary and completely free care. For a better distribution and use of the space, the project had the assistance of the Model Office of the Faculty of Interior Design when it came to choosing furniture, colors, paint and decoration elements proper to the environment’s purpose.

“Counting children and adults, our estimate is that around 240 services will be done each month. Regarding patient that are on the autistic spectrum, we might have as many as three children at the same time, so, this number rises even further, reaching highs of up to 700 appointments a month. That is why I want to point out all the support we had in doing this project, which was accomplished, today, thanks to the efforts of a great team,” said professor Dr. Fábio Henrique Baia.

The inauguration is part of the festivities for the 50^th anniversary of the University of Rio Verde. “This is the first time that the School Clinic is located inside university premises. Inside UniRV’s DNA there is a strong extension, so that we might gice to the community more services in the almost 200 square meters of construction”, said Rector Alberto Barella Netto.

The prediction is that appointments in the new facility will start this Monday, March 6^th, continuing with the activities that were already developed in the old School Clinic located in the downtown area. New appointments can be scheduled in person or over the phone (64) 3623-8097.
