Cerimônia do Jaleco marca início do curso para calouros de Fisioterapia

O jaleco é o símbolo de atuação na área da saúde e é utilizado como instrumento de proteção individual e síntese dos ideais da profissão, e com este pensamento a Faculdade de Fisioterapia realizou na noite desta quinta-feira, dia 02 de março, a Cerimônia do Jaleco da 14ª turma, que além marcar o ingresso dos calouros no Curso, também consolida mais um marco na vida do acadêmico.

O clima festivo e de emoção, com a presença de amigos e familiares, cerca de 50 estudantes participaram do momento especial que contou com a presença do Reitor da Universidade de Rio Verde, professor Alberto Barella Netto; do Vice-Reitor e Pro-Reitor de Graduação, prof. Dr. Arício Vieira da Silva e do diretor da Faculdade, professor, Marcos Marcondes de Godoy, na Tribuna de Honra. Também prestigiaram o evento, professores, autoridades e convidados em geral.

Em suas palavras, o diretor enfatizou a importância da Cerimônia para os acadêmicos e também para o Curso, pois reforça o papel de cada um na jornada dentro e fora da sala de aula. “Vocês já deram o primeiro passo que foi tornar a vontade de cursar Fisioterapia em realidade e hoje iniciam oficialmente a jornada acadêmica na construção dela importante profissão. Na Universidade temos uma estrutura de primeira, com excelentes professores e um leque de oportunidades para colocar o aprendizado em prática, “comentou Marcos Godoy.

Reforçando a importância do momento festivo, Arício falou da jornada dentro do Curso e o compromisso de cada acadêmico com o exercício da profissão. “A trajetória de cinco anos que vocês irão passar por aqui passa muito rápido, aproveitem e estudem bastante para sair daqui profissionais do mais alto gabarito. Parabéns a todos vocês por estarem aqui e parabéns a todos os pais por confiar o futuro profissional de seus filhos à UniRV, “acrescentou.

Em clima descontraindo e compartilhando as participações da Faculdade de Fisioterapia nos Jogos Brasileiros Universitários e em diversos eventos esportivos, Alberto Barella falou da responsabilidade de cada um no exercício da profissão.” A Graduação é um momento que não volta mais, vão aparecer os desafios, mas também irão aparecer momentos bons, e sem dúvida, é o momento certo para aprender a profissão que cuida de outras pessoas, exercendo com ética, maestria e amor à profissão. Vocês vão estudar na melhor Universidade do país,” finalizou o Reitor, falando dos 50 anos da Universidade e apresentando um vídeo institucional comemorativo.

O auge da cerimônia foi também um dos momentos de grande emoção para acadêmicos e familiares, ao receber a vestimenta e ser oficialmente ingressado no Curso. Para finalizar o ato solene, o acadêmico Matheus Soares fez o juramento em nome do corpo estudantil.

White coat ceremony highlights the beginning of the Physiotherapy course for freshmen

The White coat tis a symbol of working in the health area and is used as an individual protection instrument and as a summary of the profession’s ideals, and with this in mind, the Faculty of Physiotherapy did on the night of this Thursday, March 2^nd, the White Coat Ceremony of the 14^th class, that aside from highlighting the entrance of freshmen in the course, it also establishes another accomplishment in students’ lives.

In a happy and emotional environment, with the presence of friends and family, around 50 students took part of the special moment that had the presence of the Rector of the University of Rio Verde, professor Alberto Barella Netto; the Vice-Rector and Pro-Rector of Graduation, professor Dr. Arício Vieira da Silva and of the course director, professor Marcos Marcondes de Godoy. Other professors, authorities and general guests also honored the event.

In his speech the director emphasized the importance of the ceremony for the students and also for the course, for it reinforces the role of each person in the journey in and out of the classroom. “You have already given the first step that will turn into reality this desire of studying Physiotherapy, and today you officially start your academic journey, building such an important profession. In the University we have top notch facilities, with excellent professors and an array of opportunities to put into practice what is learned,” commented Marcos Godoy.

Reenforcing the importance of the festive moment, Arício spoke on the journey in the course and the commitment of each academic with the profession. “This 5-year trajectory that you will go through here goes by very fast, enjoy it and study hard so that you leave here as professionals of the highest degree. Congratulations to all of you for being here and congratulations to every parent for trusting your child’s professional future to UniRV,” he added.

In a relaxed mood and talking about the participation of the Faculty of Physiotherapy in the Brazilian University Games and many other sporting events, Alberto Barella spoke of the responsibility of each and every one of them in their professional practice. “Graduation is a moment that does not come back. There will be challenges but there will also be good moments, and, without a doubt, this is the proper moment to learn this profession that takes care of other people, working ethically, mastery and with love for the profession. You will study in the best University in the country,” concluded the Rector, speaking of the 50 years of the University and showing a commemorative institutional video.

The ceremony’s high point was also a moment of great emotion for the students and their families. When they received the piece of clothing and officially entered the course. To finish off the solemn act, the academic Matheus Soares swore an oath in name of the student body.
