Sonhos que se tornam realidade ganham força e salvam vidas. Para muitos, a Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Rio Verde é um objetivo alcançado com base no esforço, dedicação e comprometimento com a futura profissão. Maria Antônia, estudante do quarto período do curso, conheceu a UniRV por indicação do cursinho preparatório. A jovem inicialmente prestou o vestibular como treineira ainda cursando o Ensino Médio e hoje integra a comunidade acadêmica de uma das Faculdades de Medicina mais respeitadas do país. Para ela, estudar e analisar a composição das provas anteriores de todos os câmpus da UniRV foi importante para alcançar um resultado positivo. “Prestei vestibular para o Campus Rio Verde e Aparecida, mas cerca de três meses antes estudei as provas de todos os câmpus porque as questões costumam ser semelhantes. Para mim, a preparação foi fundamental e me ajudou a realizar esse sonho”, comenta a estudante que veio de Campo Grande (MS).
Utilizando a aprendizagem baseada em problemas (PBL), a Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Rio Verde garante que o estudante tenha, desde cedo, contato prático e busque o conhecimento, melhorando resultados e se destacando frente a sua formação acadêmica. Para os que se preparam para o vestibular, receber dicas de quem é veterano é uma contribuição e tanto. Jhonatan Picinin Ribeiro, acadêmico do campus Rio Verde, destaca que ler todos os itens do edital e focar nas especificações da redação pode ser um fator decisivo para a aprovação. “Busquei estudar a fundo o edital para me inteirar de todas as etapas do processo seletivo, cronograma e informações imprescindíveis para a realização da prova. A redação da UniRV é diferente da redação de outros processos seletivos com que estamos acostumados e tem as suas peculiaridades. Então, ficar atento a isso é muito importante”, comenta o estudante que completa desejando boa sorte aos vestibulandos deste semestre.
Criar uma rotina de estudos, manter atividades físicas e separar um tempo para descansar o corpo e a mente foi o método utilizado por Débora Motta Salomão, discente do quinto período de Medicina. Ela conta que esse processo foi essencial durante a seleção. “Para mim foi fundamental não focar somente nas matérias, mas em manter uma rotina. Esse é um processo de estudos pesado, são muitas horas analisando cada questão e se esforçando para conquistar uma vaga. Então, para que você fique bem por inteiro, é fundamental ter tempo para socializar com os amigos e familiares, além de fazer exercícios. Tudo isso me ajudou a relaxar e a diminuir a ansiedade.”
Tão importante quanto se preparar para conquistar uma vaga é conseguir se manter calmo e concentrado no dia da prova, é o que reforça o discente Lucas Balbino Mota. “É fundamental que no dia da prova você venha com uma roupa confortável, se alimente bem, faça um exercício físico e lembre-se, você pode, você consegue, você é capaz. Boa sorte.”
Para o Reitor da UniRV, professor Alberto Barella, ouvir a voz da experiência pode ser valioso, principalmente para aqueles que querem realizar o sonho de estar na instituição. "Sabemos o quanto os candidatos se preparam para prestar o nosso vestibular de Medicina. A cada processo, o número de inscritos aumenta e isso é reflexo do comprometimento da instituição com o ensino superior”, comenta o Reitor.
As inscrições para o vestibular de Medicina estão abertas. São 10 chances para ingressar na UniRV no segundo semestre deste ano. Cinco pela nota do Exame Nacional de Ensino Médio (ENEM) e cinco por meio da prova presencial. Os candidatos podem se inscrever até o dia 18 de maio (nota do ENEM) e 25 de maio (Prova Presencial), por meio do
link. O processo seletivo destina vagas para os câmpus: Rio Verde, Aparecida, Formosa, Goianésia e Luziânia.

Medicine course seniors give tips to admissions exam candidates
Dreams that come true get stronger and save lives. For many, the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Rio Verde is a goal they have accomplished based on their effort, dedication and commitment to their future profession. Maria Antônia, student in the fourth period of the course, became aware of UniRV from a recommendation from a preparation course. She initially did the test as a practice run when she was still in High School, and today, she is a part of the academic community of one of the most respected Faculties of Medicine in the country. For her, studying and analyzing the composition of earlier exams from every UniRV campus was important to getting a positive result. “I did the admissions exam for the Rio Verde and Aparecida Campuses, but around three months prior to that I studied the exams from all the campuses because the questions seem to be similar. For me, preparation was key and helped me achieve this dream”, comments the student who came from Campo Grande (MS).
By using Problem Based Learning (PBL), the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Rio Verde guarantees that students have, from the beginning, practical contact and seeks knowledge, improving results and getting ahead in their academic formation. For those who are getting ready for the admissions exam, getting tips from those who already study at the university is quite a contribution. Jhonatan Picinin Ribeiro, an academic of the Ruio Verde campus, highlights that reading all the items in the public notice and focusing on the specifications of the essay can be a decisive factor for being approved. “I tried to study deeply the public notice to get a hold of every step of the selection processes, schedule and necessary information to do the test. UniRV’s essay is different from essays of other selection processes we are used to and it has its particularities. So, being aware of this is very important”, comments the student that finishes by wishing good luck to those doing the test this semester.
Creating a study routine, doing physical activities and putting aside some time to rest body and mind was the method used by Débora Motta Salomão, fifth period Medicine student. She says this process was essential during the selection. “To me it was key to not focus only on the subjects, but in keeping a routine. This is a heavy studying process, there are several hours analyzing each question and extenuating yourself to get a spot. So, for you to be well as a whole, it is key to have time to socialize with friends and family, apart from doing physical exercises. All of this helped me relax and reducing anxiety.”
Just as important as getting ready to guarantee a position, is keeping yourself calm and collected on the day of the test, that is what student Lucas Balbino Mora reinforces. “It is key that on the day of the test you come with some comfortable clothes, eat well, exercise and remember, yes, you can, you are capable. Good luck.”
For UniRV’s Rector, professor Alberto Barella, hearing the voice of experience can be valuable, mainly for those who want to accomplish the dream of studying at the institution. “We know how much candidates prepare themselves for our Medicine admissions exam. At every admission exam, the number of applicants increases and this is a reflex of the institution’s commitment to higher education”, comments the Rector.
Applications for the Medicine admissions exam are open. There are 10 chances of getting into UniRV in the second semester of this year. Five through ENEM scores and 5 through an in-person exam. Candidates can apply until May 18 (ENEM scores) and May 25 (in-person exam), through the link. The process will select for the campuses of Rio Verde, Aparecida, Formosa, Goianésia and Luziânia.
