Rector visits Implant Dentistry specialization class

We live in a job market more and more globalized, dynamic and highly competitive. That is why it is necessary to do a specialization course after graduating. Thinking of this, the University of Rio Verde, from now on offers a Lato Sensu Post-Graduation in Implant Dentistry, with the objective of habilitating dentists in surgical and prosthetic precedures.

Two classes started in February of this year and will form specialist with ample clinical view, capable of diagnosing, rehabilitating, integrating and interacting with fellow colleagues, in order to promote oral health improvement of their patients. Under the coordination of professor Dr. Frederick Khalil Karam, implant dentistry specialist, the post-graduation will last 26 months.

To get to know the classes and the specialization dynamic, which offers its participants the possibility of accompanying practical procedures, the Rector, professor Alberto Barella, alongside the Pro-Rector of Post-Graduation, Dr. Claudemir Bertuolo Furnielis, visited, last Friday, February 3^rd, the facilities of the School Clinic where the classes take place.

During the visit, the Rector highlighted the planning so that the new specialization would be created according to market needs, becoming a differential for professionals. “We know how important a specialization is in the marketplace. Apart from that, this post-graduation is also a space for our alumni that have already specialized themselves, to come back and teach,” added Barella.
