O Reitor da Universidade de Rio Verde – UniRV, professor Alberto Barella Netto prestigiou nesta quarta-feira, dia 1º de fevereiro, a posse do professor da Faculdade de Direito, o juiz Ricardo Luiz Nicoli, para o cargo de diretor do Foro da Comarca de Goiânia no biênio 2023-2025. A solenidade conduzida pelo presidente do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás, desembargador Carlos França foi realizada no auditório do Fórum Cível na cidade de Goiânia.

Rector is present at the inauguration of a Faculty of Law professor at the Goiânia Courthouse

The Rector of the University of Rio Verde - UniRV, professor Alberto Barella Netto was present, this Thursday, February 1^st, of the inauguration of the Faculty of Law professor, judge Ricardo Luiz Nicoli, in the position of director of the Goiânia Courthouse for the period 0f 2023-2025. The event, presided by the president of the State of Goiás Court, judge Carlos França, took place in the Civil Court auditorium of the Goiânia Courthouse.

The judge is a doctor in public law by UNISINOS/RS, doctor in legal sciences by the University of Florence (Italy), master and specialist in Judiciary Power by FGV/RJ, member of the Brazilian Procedural Law Institute (IBDP) and is a professor of Civil Procedures at the University of Rio Verde.

For Alberto Barella, the inauguration of the professor highlights even further the name of the Institution and the Faculty of Law. “It is gratifying to see that one of our professors has reached such an important position. It is definitely a merit of his work and dedication and reflects the judge’s commitment to justice,” stated the Rector.
