Começou na noite desta quinta-feira, 29, o V Colóquio de Direito do Agronegócio e Desenvolvimento e Pesquisa e III Internacional da UniRV, com apresentações na modalidade híbridas a cerimônia de abertura aconteceu no auditório do bloco I administrativo e contou participação de profissionais da área, acadêmicos da graduação e da pós-graduação.
V Colloquium on Agribusiness Law and Development and Research and III International
On the night of this Thursday, 29th, the V Colloquium on Agribusiness Law and Development and Research and III International of UniRV began, with presentations both live and online. The opening ceremony took place in the auditorium of the administrative block I and had the participation of professionals of the area, graduation and post-graduation academics.
Promoted by the Master's Program in Agribusiness and Development Law, the Colloquium aims to improve research enabling a broad debate on the theme proposed in this edition. To kick off the opening ceremony, those present were able to follow closely the beautiful presentation by UniRV's professor and conductor Júlio Barbosa, who played Tom Jobim. The presentation given to the packed auditorium was greatly applauded.
The Vice-Rector of UniRV, Professor Dr. Arício Vieira da Silva, the coordinator of the Master's, Professor Dr. João Porto Silvério, the Pro-Rector of Post-Graduate Studies, Professor Dr. Claudemir Bertuolo Furnielis, the Pro-Rector of Research and Innovation, Professor Dr. Carlos César Evangelista de Menezes and the President of the Agribusiness Law Commission of the Rio Verde OAB Subsection, Antonio De Las Cuevas, made up the directive table.
For the Master's coordinator, Professor Dr. João Porto, another edition of the Colloquium, took place thanks to the dedication and commitment of the organizing committee. “I want to thank the higher administration of UniRV, the professors, staff members and everyone who contributed to yet another Colloquium. We managed with great dedication to open the first master's degree in the area of Agribusiness Law in Brazil, as we saw the need for a program like this. We are a school for the country, so we seek to promote the Colloquium and ensure the exchange of knowledge and the continuity of the program. Welcome to our fifth edition”, highlighted the professor.
Addressing the main theme of “Agribusiness Law - Perspectives in the face of the Transpandemic and war scenario”, the event will have several themes divided into four working groups. The opening conference addressed “Environmental Licensing and its reflexes for agribusiness”, presented by Professor Dr. José Antônio Tietzmann e Silva (UFG) and had the presence of Professor Dr. Rildo Mourão Ferreira as debater.
To continue the night, those present also had the presentation of Panel I - Aspects of Tax Dynamics in Brazilian Agribusiness, with the chairman of the table, Professor Dr. Rejaine Silva Guimarães, followed by the presentation of the lecture by Professor Dr. Fábio Pallaretti Calcini (FGV SP) mediated by technology, at the end of the night, the people present followed the lecture by Professor Dr. Fabrício Muraro Novais (ERMS/UniRV) , “The Constitutional foundations of Positive Discrimen in the taxation of Brazilian Agribusiness”.
