UniRV divulga resultado da eleição do Mestrado em Direito

Docentes, servidores e acadêmicos do mestrado em Direito do Agronegócio e Desenvolvimento decidiram na última quinta-feira, 01, por meio de eleição, a nova coordenadora para o biênio 2022-2024. O resultado publicado nesta segunda, 05, elegeu com mais de 70% a professora Dra.Rejaine Silva Guimarães.

Rejaine Silva Guimarães é Doutora em Ciências Sociais pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2013). Mestre em Direito Agrário pela Universidade Federal de Goiás (2001). Especialista em Métodos e Técnicas de Ensino (1994). Especialista em Sustentabilidade: meio ambiente, organizações e negócios sustentáveis (2022). Graduada em Direito pela Universidade de Rio Verde-Goiás (1992). Docente Permanente do Programa de Mestrado Profissional em Direito do Agronegócio e Desenvolvimento e Docente permanente do Programa de Mestrado em Gestão do Agronegócio da Universidade de Rio Verde, UniRV/FESURV (em fase de aprovação). Professora Titular da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Rio Verde-Goiás (desde 1997 - Cadeira de Direito Ambiental). Coordenadora do Núcleo Geral de Estágios e Práticas de Ensino da UniRV. Coordenadora do Curso de Pós-graduação lato sensu em direito do agronegócio, meio ambiente e desenvolvimento da UniRV. Líder do Grupo de Pesquisa no CNPQ em Direito, Agronegócio e Sustentabilidade. Avaliadora do Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Anísio Teixeira (INEP). Tem experiência nas áreas de Direito, com ênfase em Direito Ambiental, Direito Agrário, Direito do Agronegócio e Gestão do Agronegócio. Atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Políticas Públicas de Meio Ambiente, a Interface entre Direito Agrário e Direito Ambiental, a Visão Sistêmica do Direito do Agronegócio.

O Direito do Agronegócio é um ramo incipiente do Direito, que cuida de institutos jurídicos com impacto em vários seguimentos da cadeia agroindustrial típicos da relação empresarial. A importância do agronegócio para a região Sudoeste do Estado de Goiás, para o Brasil e para o mundo é indiscutível, sobretudo pela geração de empregos, renda, produção e forte peso no PIB brasileiro. A Universidade de Rio Verde, buscando cumprir a missão prevista no Plano de Desenvolvimento Institucional – PDI (2016-2020), bem como sensível à demanda por qualificação de profissionais do Direito, Agronomia e Engenharia Ambiental, sobretudo na área do Agronegócio, como sempre na vanguarda do oferecimento de cursos voltados para a vocação da região, após aprovação pelo Ministério da Educação (MEC/CAPES), passou a oferecer o Programa de Mestrado Profissional em Direito do Agronegócio e Desenvolvimento (PPGDAD), com duas linhas de pesquisa: Direito do Agronegócio e Regulação; e, Direito da Sustentabilidade e Desenvolvimento.

UniRV announces the result of the election of the Master's in Law

Professors, staff members and academics of the master's degree in Agribusiness Law and Development decided last Thursday, 1st, through an election, the new coordinator for the 2022-2024 period. The result published this Monday, 5th, elected Professor Dr. Rejaine Silva Guimarães with over 70% of votes.

Rejaine Silva Guimarães holds a doctorate degree in Social Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2013). She is a Master in Agrarian Law from the Federal University of Goiás (2001). A Specialist in Teaching Methods and Techniques (1994) and also in Sustainability: environment, organizations and sustainable business (2022). Degree in Law from the University of Rio Verde-Goiás (1992). Permanent Professor of the Professional Master's Program in Agribusiness Law and Development and Permanent Professor of the Master's Program in Agribusiness Management at the University of Rio Verde, UniRV/FESURV (awaiting approval). Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Rio Verde - Goiás (since 1997 - Environmental Law). Coordinator of the General Center for Internships and Teaching Practices at UniRV. Coordinator of the lato sensu postgraduate course in agribusiness law, environmental law and development at UniRV. Leader of the Law, Agribusiness and Sustainability Research Group of CNPQ. Evaluator of the National Institute of Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (INEP). She has experience in the areas of Law, with an emphasis on Environmental Law, Agrarian Law, Agribusiness Law and Agribusiness Management. Acting mainly on the following topics: Public Environmental Policies, the Interface between Agrarian Law and Environmental Law, the Systemic View of Agribusiness Law.

Agribusiness Law is an incipient branch of Law, which takes care of legal institutes with an impact on various segments of the agro-industrial chain typical of business relationships. The importance of agribusiness for the Southwest region of the State of Goiás, for Brazil and for the world is indisputable, especially for the generation of jobs, income, production and heavy influence on the Brazilian GDP. The University of Rio Verde, seeking to fulfill the mission foreseen in the Institutional Development Plan - PDI (2016-2020), as well as being sensitive to the demand for qualification of professionals in Law, Agronomy and Environmental Engineering, especially in the area of Agribusiness, as always at the forefront of offering courses aimed at the region's vocation, after approval by the Ministry of Education (MEC/CAPES), it began offering the Professional Master's Program in Agribusiness Law and Development (PPGDAD), with two lines of research: Agribusiness and Regulation; and, Sustainability and Development Law.
